We're using Blancco 5 with a self hosted BMC 3.8.1. We have version 1.9.0 of the configuration tool, and 2.1.1.90 of the USB creator.

When you're creating the bootable USB stick, make sure to select the option to wipe the USB stick. It won't work unless you enable the wipe option so I'm not sure why they even made that an option. Also, you MUST use their software to create the USB stick. I've tried other ways and it just goes to a blank screen like you mentioned.

Make sure your ISO is good and your USB stick is 16GB. I tried it with an 8GB and failed. Try downloading the ISO again.
